| Hey All!! Sorry it's been for ever. Things have been crazy. First off, I had one hell of a week when classes started, campus+Crutches = PAIN IN THE A**!! and arms. But things are good now. My stepdad started radiation last week and he says he feels like he was put in a microwave (or a nucker like he says) but he's doing better, the tumor has gone down by half of what it was. OPhiA Rush was awesome, we have 9 new pledges and they are so great. I'll try to get on here more often and update on life in general. | | |
| Well I started working at the Womack Desk. Saturday about killed me 9pm - 2am, after being up at 7:30am with no nap before work. But it's SUPER easy. I sit there and answer phones and answer questions for those who come in. It is boring on the night shift because NO ONE comes in. I've been playing solitare the old school way, with a real deck of cards. I worked sunday from 4pm-7pm and that was SO MUCH better. People actually come in and see you. I'm still on crutches so it still sucks. I can't wait for classes to start, not for the classes but to see my friends again. Hope all are having a great break. | | |
| I'm so tired on my leg bothering me. I wish it would quit going numb on me. Anyways, I've got Rush COMPLETELY planned out. I've never been so happy. I've got prices planned out and what all we need, where and when everything is going to go on. I couldn't have asked for it better. I think Rush is going to go so great. Other than that, I'm still in pain and wish they could find out what is wrong with my knee and if I'm going to have to have surgery or not. Rachel's wedding is the 20th and then she is moving to Oregon for 5-6 years. Well that's about it. | | |
| Well I'm back from Cookevegas. I'm glad to be home, kinda. I liked spending time with my family but they are like fish, they start to stink after 3 days. I was hoping more stuff around here would have gotten done before I came back home but I guess it's woman's work. That's ok though b/c since I can't work with my knee still being bum I might as well make myself useful. I wish we could find a nice apartment for a cheap price but in the boro that's next to impossible. Oh well, we're going to save up and hopefully move out in december. I want to find a house to rent or try to buy. It doens't ahve to be big, just at least 2 bedrooms so that I can have a room for guests and the computer/office. I want a fenced in yard so that Rocky can run around and us not worry if he is going to get out and get hit. Anyways, I'm going to head and fix me some grub. later | | |
| Well today I'm supposed to go to Cookeville, Chuck is in a bad mood and doesn't want to go until tomorrow but I'm tired of looking at these walls and all I catch on TV is shows I've seen at least twice if not more. You don't realize how often the same shows get played until you have been off work for a month now. My sister called me a couple minutes ago and told me and how my nephew is bugging her on when I'm going to get there. He told the guy that changed the oil in my sister's car that his Aunt Jamie, Uncle Chuck and their dog, Rocky is coming to see him. He then told the guy that rocky was a hound told and he was going to sniff him out and find him. It was too funny. I just need to get away from M'boro for a couple days. I feel like a caged animal being stuck in this little bitty apartment. | | |
